Product Description
The tube furnace series is mainly designed for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere. High-quality furnace chamber materials and a stable temperature control system ensure the reliability of experimental data. The furnace adopts a new type of ceramic fiber as the chamber material, and the furnace tube is made of high-quality materials. Stainless steel flanges at both ends of the tube provide reliable sealing, allowing the furnace to operate under vacuum conditions. The flanges are equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports, enabling protective gas to be introduced. A precision needle valve is used to adjust and control the gas flow rate.

The furnace chamber is made of polycrystalline mullite fiber material, which offers excellent thermal insulation and maintains structural stability at high temperatures.

Double-layer shell structure with an air-cooling system keeps the outer surface temperature at approximately room temperature +10°C.

Equipped with an intelligent PID temperature controller with 30 programmable segments, allowing ramp heating curves, adjustable heating rates, soaking time control, and automatic shutdown.

High temperature control accuracy: within ±0.1°C below 1000°C, and ±1°C above 1000°C (self-tested).

Built-in safety protections including door-open power cut-off, over-temperature alarm, leakage protection, and over-temperature protection.

Optional large-screen paperless recorder for real-time recording of heating curves, with a storage card for experimental data storage, analysis, and printing.
