The WV-X-14 series is a high-temperature box furnace with a maximum temperature of 1400°C. It is suitable for universities, research institutes, and industrial & mining enterprises for applications such as high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality inspection. It is also widely used in the powder metallurgy and dental industries for baking and pre-sintering of zirconia discs. Depending on the heating chamber size, it can be used for laboratory testing, pilot-scale trials, and batch production.

I. Product Description
This box furnace adopts a ceramic fiber chamber, offering excellent thermal insulation and energy-saving performance. The maximum temperature reaches 1400°C. The heating elements are high-quality silicon carbide rods, ensuring long service life and good temperature uniformity.
The furnace shell features a double-layer air-cooled structure, with the external surface temperature maintained below 50°C. The furnace roof adopts a reinforced composite structure, preventing collapse during long-term use and ensuring extended service life.
This series of electric furnaces is specially designed for laboratories in universities and research institutes, as well as industrial and mining enterprises, for sintering, melting, and analysis of metals, non-metals, and other compound materials.
