The WV-GM series is a vacuum tube furnace with a maximum temperature of 1400°C. It features an integrated sealed furnace chamber design, providing excellent thermal insulation. It is mainly used for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere. High-quality furnace chamber materials and a stable temperature control system ensure the reliability of experimental data. The flanges are equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports, allowing protective gases to be introduced, and a precision needle valve is used to adjust the gas flow rate.

I. Product Description
The WV-GM series is mainly designed for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere. High-quality furnace chamber materials and a stable temperature control system ensure the reliability of experimental data. The furnace chamber is made of advanced ceramic fiber materials, and the furnace tube is of excellent quality. Both ends of the tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges, enabling operation under vacuum conditions. The flanges are equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports for introducing protective gases, and a precision needle valve is used to adjust the gas flow rate.

The furnace chamber is made of polycrystalline mullite fiber material, which does not deform at high temperatures and offers excellent thermal insulation.

Double-layer shell structure with an air-cooling system; the outer surface temperature is maintained at ambient temperature +10°C.

Intelligent PID controller with 30 programmable segments, enabling ramped heating curves, adjustable heating rates, dwell time control, and automatic shutdown.

High temperature control accuracy: ±0.1°C below 1000°C; ±1°C above 1000°C.

Equipped with safety protections including door-open power-off, over-temperature alarm, leakage protection, and over-temperature protection.

Optional large-screen paperless recorder for real-time recording of heating curves, with storage card support for data analysis and printing.
