GKD-12 Series 1200°C Single-Zone Openable Tube Furnace for Sintering of Lithium/Sodium Battery Cathode and Anode Materials

The GKD series is a vacuum tube furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200°C. It is mainly designed for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere. High-quality furnace chamber materials and a stable temperature control system ensure the reliability of experimental data. 

The flanges are equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports, allowing protective gases to be introduced, and a precision needle valve is used to adjust the gas flow rate.

3. Double-layer shell structure with an air-cooling system; the outer surface temperature is maintained at ambient temperature +10°C.

4. Intelligent PID controller with 50 programmable segments, enabling ramped heating curves, adjustable heating rates, dwell time control, and automatic shutdown.

5. High temperature control accuracy: ±0.1°C below 1000°C; ±1°C above 1000°C.

6. Equipped with safety protections including door-open power-off, over-temperature alarm, leakage protection, and over-temperature protection.

7. Optional large-screen paperless recorder for real-time recording of heating curves, with storage card support for data analysis and printing.
