The vertical square planetary ball mill is a powder device for mixing, fine grinding, small sample preparation, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. This ball mill is small in size, fully functional, highly efficient and low in noise. It is an ideal equipment for research institutions, universities and enterprise laboratories to obtain research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously in each experiment). When equipped with a vacuum ball mill jar, it can grind samples in a vacuum state.

The equipment shell adopts a square design element, which is formed by high-precision mold pressing. It is elegant, exquisite, and has a high-end and stable appearance. The machined parts are processed by CNC technology. The planetary disc is formed by casting, and the transmission gears are made of special materials and precision gears to ensure smooth and quiet operation of the equipment at high speed. The grinding tank pressing device is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
Square-shaped body: Made by high-precision mold pressing, it combines aesthetics with stability, effectively reducing equipment vibration.
Planetary transmission system: The planetary gears cooperate with the sun wheel to achieve the combined motion of the grinding cylinder's revolution and rotation, thereby enhancing the grinding efficiency.
Efficient grinding: By using variable frequency speed control to regulate the rotational speed, it can meet the particle size requirements of different materials.
Multifunctionality: Supports dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding and low-temperature grinding, and is compatible with various types of ball milling jars (such as stainless steel, corundum, and zirconia).
Intelligent control: Equipped with a liquid crystal touch screen, it allows for programmable settings of grinding time, forward/reverse cycle, and speed. It supports multi-task monitoring and data recording.
Safety protection: Electromagnetic lock door design, opening and closing protection switch and anti-loosening nuts are adopted to ensure safety during high-speed operation.
Noise reduction design: The gearbox is equipped with solid lubrication or liquid oil self-lubrication system, reducing the operating noise to below 60 decibels.

Capacity requirements
Laboratory grade: Select 1-4L small equipment, compatible with 50ml - 1L ball milling jars, suitable for small sample preparation.
Production grade: Large-scale equipment of 20L and above (such as the XQM series), suitable for batch production, and requires the cooperation of lifting and vibrating screening discharge devices.
Material selection
Grinding tank material: Select stainless steel (for anti-pollution), corundum (for corrosion resistance), or zirconia (for high hardness) based on the characteristics of the materials.
Control method
Prioritize choosing models with variable frequency speed regulation and programmable control to enhance the reproducibility of the experiments.
Safety and Maintenance
Attention should be paid to the lubrication system of the equipment (such as the self-lubricating liquid oil) and the durability of the gears to ensure long-term stable operation.
Special requirements
If you need to perform grinding in a vacuum or inert gas environment, you will need to equip with a vacuum ball mill container and a sealing device.
