NiMH electrode plates are key components of nickel-metal hydride rechargeable batteries. The positive electrode typically uses nickel hydroxide on a nickel foam substrate, while the negative electrode uses a hydrogen storage alloy on a nickel-plated substrate. These electrode sheets offer high capacity, low internal resistance, good high-rate performance, long cycle life and stable discharge characteristics. They are suitable for AA/AAA/C/D cylindrical cells, prismatic cells, power tools, hybrid vehicles, toys and energy storage applications.

  • Ratio: Hydrogen storage alloy powder : Conductive agent = 100:1

  • Process: Aqueous wet tape casting process (HPMC:SBR)

  • Substrate: Nickel-plated steel strip

2. NiMH & Ni-Zn Battery Positive Electrode Plate

  • Ratio: Nickel hydroxide : Cobaltous oxide = 94:6

  • Process: Aqueous wet tape casting process (CMC:PTFE concentrated emulsion)

  • Substrate: Nickel foam

  • Nickel Foam Specifications:

    • Areal density: 350±20 g/m²

    • Thickness: 1.60±0.10 mm

    • Pore size: 110±10 PPI

    • Porosity: >95%

      • Size: Customizable sizes, supporting small batch orders(srandard size:35mm*45mm,80mm*120mm)
