The homogenizer is a machine that can easily form agglomerates in the pulping process of ultrafine powders (nano-level conductive powders and micron-level electrode powders), and the traditional double planetary mixer cannot fully disperse them. The pulping time is very long (general enterprises need about 6-10 hours, or even more than ten hours to make pulp). This system can quickly disperse the agglomerates formed in the slurry to achieve the effect of ultrafine dispersion, and has high processing efficiency, thereby shortening the pulping time. The high-speed ultrafine disperser is specially developed for the nano-level ultrafine grinding in lithium battery slurry and the production of other metal micro-powder materials that are easy to produce agglomerates and difficult to effectively disperse; after the lithium battery slurry passes through the ultrafine disperser, the agglomerated micro-powder agglomerates are fully broken up to achieve the effect of dispersion and deagglomeration, and the materials can be quickly and efficiently dispersed after passing through the working chamber without any dead ends. The system is structurally optimized for the particularity of high-viscosity materials. After the materials are dispersed and processed, they are quickly transported to the outside of the pump through a special throwing tray. No medium cooling seals are required, and no material leakage can be ensured even without the cooperation of a diaphragm pump.
