Planetary stirring degassing is to put two or more materials into a cup, and the forced convection generated by the revolution and rotation of the cup mixes the materials. The gas in the materials is vacuumed away during the process of making the particles of the mixed materials uniform.

1. Spindle: Made of Swiss ASSAB S136 mirror mold steel, after multiple heat treatments, the overall hardness reaches HRC62. The shaft is ground as a whole. The sealing surface is then mirror-polished to achieve a surface roughness of 0.02um mirror effect, with an extremely low friction coefficient, and its own super wear resistance, which causes very little wear on the sealing ring, achieving high sealing performance with a long life.
2. Sealing ring: Made of German Bayer's super wear-resistant sealing ring, the wear resistance can reach a linear speed of 40M/S. Our equipment has a linear speed of only 4M/S at 2000 revolutions. The pressure can withstand 20KG/cm.
3. Vacuum pump: A pump with forced oil circulation lubrication after improvement using international advanced technology, which has good lubrication, low loss and long life.
