I. Product Description
This series of products is mainly designed for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. High-quality furnace chamber materials and a stable temperature control system ensure the reliability of experimental data.
The furnace adopts a new type of ceramic fiber material for the chamber, while the furnace tube is made of high-quality material. Both ends of the tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges, allowing operation under vacuum. The flanges are equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports, enabling the introduction of protective gases. A precision needle valve is used to adjust the gas flow rate.

- Double-layer shell structure with an air-cooling system; outer surface temperature remains at ambient temperature +10°C
- Intelligent PID controller with 30 programmable segments, featuring dwell time control and automatic shutdown
- High temperature control accuracy: ±0.1°C below 1000°C; ±1°C above 1000°C
- Equipped with safety functions including door-open power-off, over-temperature alarm, leakage protection, and over-temperature protection
- Optional large-screen paperless recorder for real-time recording of heating curves, with storage card support for data analysis and printing
