This series is a three-zone vacuum tube furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200°C. The furnace chamber features an upward-opening design for easy sample loading and unloading. It is mainly used for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere. High-quality furnace materials and a stable temperature control system ensure reliable experimental data. The flanges are equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports for introducing protective gases, and a precision needle valve is used to regulate the gas flow rate.

I. Product Description
This tube furnace series is designed for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere. High-quality furnace chamber materials and a stable temperature control system ensure the reliability of experimental data.
The furnace chamber is made of advanced ceramic fiber materials, and the furnace tube is of excellent quality. Both ends of the tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges, allowing operation under vacuum conditions. The flanges are equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports for introducing protective gases, and a precision needle valve is used to adjust the gas flow rate.
