The WV-XD-12 series is a high-temperature box furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200°C. It is suitable for universities, research institutes, and industrial & mining enterprises for applications such as high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality inspection. It is also widely used in the powder metallurgy and dental industries for baking and pre-sintering of zirconia discs. Depending on the heating chamber size, it can be used for laboratory testing, pilot-scale trials, and batch production.

2. The furnace chamber is made of polycrystalline alumina fiber material, which resists deformation at high temperatures and provides excellent thermal insulation.

4. Intelligent PID controller with 50 programmable segments, enabling ramped heating curves, adjustable heating rates, dwell time control, and automatic shutdown.
